Ingredients

  • Beef (1 kg)
  • 3 cloves of garlic (15 g)
  • Dark beer (355 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of salt (15 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of ground oregano (30 g)
  • 4 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce (90 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin (15 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper (15 g)

Preparation

  • To start, put the meat in a deep bowl. Then top with oregano, cumin, peeled and crushed garlic cloves, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Next, mix with your hands and cover with dark beer.
  • Then cover with plastic wrap or  place the meat in an airtight bag. Then let it sit there in the fridge for at least two hours.
  • Then, after two hours,  put the meat on the grill  and cook to your liking on one side and the other.
  • Then, once the meat is ready, cover with aluminum foil and let it rest for 5 minutes.

  • 2 and 1/2 cups of  red wine  (350 ml)

  • 2 tablespoons of ground rosemary (30 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of ground basil (15 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (49 ml)

Preparation

  • To start, peel the garlic and add the tablespoons of ground rosemary. Next,  mix the other ingredients in a bowl, except the meat.
  • Then place the meat in a deep rectangular container and pour the preparation on top.
  • Then let the meat marinate overnight, or for at least 6 consecutive hours in the refrigerator.
  • After that time, remove the meat from the container; it is ready to grill.
  • Finally, you can serve the meat accompanied with vegetables and give a taste of your creation.

3. With honey and lemon

This preparation is very simple. It consists of marinating the meat with the combination of lemon juice, a touch of honey and some onion. In this way,  we will add more textures and provide a delicious contrast of flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 serrano pepper (5 g)
  • Beef (500 g)
  • 1 white onion (45 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of salt (15 g)
  • Vegetable oil (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (40 ml)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper (8 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander (30 g)
  • 2 cups of fermented lemon juice (200 ml)

Preparation

  • First, mix the honey with the juice of fermented lemons, onion, coriander, salt and pepper.
  • Then, store the resulting mixture in a container so that the ingredients rest.
  • Shortly before serving the meat, heat a Teflon skillet varnished with vegetable oil. In addition,  it is not necessary to put a lot of oil, just a varnished one.
